Returns and Refund Policy

At Awear Beauty, we’ve carefully designed each product to give you the best possible results – with complete transparency. We’re hopeful that you’ll cherish our products as much as we do. However, if you ever need to return a product, just reach out to us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • If you received the wrong item
  • If the product arrived damaged
  • If the product is expired

If any of these situations apply, please request a return or replacement within 7 days of getting your delivery. To initiate this, send us an email at care@awearbeauty.com.

Remember, we can’t accept any returns or claims after 7 days from the delivery date.

After you request a return, give us about 48 hours to look into it. Once we approve the request, we’ll arrange a pickup from your doorstep through our courier partner. Once we get the returned order and confirm the issues, we’ll process your refund within 24 hours.
